Trevvett Court is a Senior Affordable Housing project located in Carmel-By-The-Sea, CA. This infill project had all the difficulties of a much larger project with a 17′ deep shoring system, subterranean parking structure ,concrete podium, radiant heating, elevator, and emergency generator. Dan Silverie III was awarded Builder of the Year by the Carmel Pine Cone News for work on this project.
